API Client & Google Cloud project
Creator Pilot Pro uses a single Google Cloud project / OAuth client for YouTube API Services (configured via the Google Client ID and Client Secret in Settings). We do not operate multiple project numbers for this API Client. If Google requests the project number for audit purposes, provide the project number associated with that OAuth client in Google Cloud Console.
YouTube API Data refresh & deletion
In accordance with YouTube API Services policy on handling YouTube Data and Content (including III.E.4), we refresh, update, or delete stored YouTube API Data as follows:
- OAuth access tokens: refreshed automatically before expiry (typically within about one hour of issuance) using the stored refresh token.
- Channel profile data (channel name and handle from the YouTube Data API): refreshed on every successful OAuth connect/reconnect and whenever connected-account status is loaded if the stored profile is older than 30 days.
- Content you create: titles, descriptions, tags, and media you upload are retained while your account is active so we can schedule and publish; they are deleted when you delete the post or your account.
- Deletion: stored YouTube OAuth tokens and channel profile API Data are deleted immediately when you disconnect YouTube or delete your Creator Pilot Pro account. We also revoke tokens with Google on disconnect when possible.
- We do not retain copies of YouTube video catalog or analytics API responses beyond what is required to complete a user-requested publish or display connection status.
Revoking access
Users may disconnect YouTube in the dashboard or revoke access via Google security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en. See our Data Deletion Instructions and Privacy Policy.
Our commitments
- Request minimum OAuth scopes needed for upload and read operations
- Do not sell Google user data or use it for unauthorized advertising
- Allow users to disconnect YouTube and revoke tokens at any time
- Display Google OAuth consent screen before accessing YouTube data
- Honor user deletion requests within stated timeframes
- Display YouTube logos and icons only in accordance with YouTube branding guidelines (official assets, correct colors, minimum size)
Limited use disclosure
YouTube data accessed through Creator Pilot Pro is used only to provide scheduling, publishing, and analytics features you explicitly request. We do not use this data to train generalized AI models or for unrelated marketing.
