1. Information we collect
We collect account information (name, email), connected social platform account metadata, scheduled post content you provide, and usage analytics to operate the service. When you connect YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook, we receive OAuth tokens and profile information permitted by your authorization.
2. How we use data
- Schedule and publish content to platforms you authorize
- Display analytics and publishing status in your dashboard
- Provide customer support and service improvements
- Comply with legal obligations and platform developer policies
3. YouTube API Services
Creator Pilot Pro uses YouTube API Services to connect your YouTube channel, read channel profile information needed for publishing, and upload videos you explicitly schedule. YouTube data accessed through our API Client is used only to provide the scheduling, publishing, and status features you request. We do not sell YouTube user data or use it for unauthorized advertising.
Use of YouTube API Services through Creator Pilot Pro is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Our service integrates with Google (YouTube API Services), Meta (Facebook), and TikTok. Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies:
5. Data retention & deletion
We retain data while your account is active. You may request deletion via our Data Deletion Policy. When you disconnect YouTube (or delete your account), we delete stored YouTube OAuth tokens and channel profile data from our systems and revoke those tokens with Google where possible.
You can also revoke Creator Pilot Pro's access to your Google / YouTube data at any time from Google's security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en. After revoking access there, disconnect the account in Creator Pilot Pro (or email us) so we can delete any remaining stored data.
